According to the German Wikipedia, the mosque was completed around 1408 and was the founding building of the Jaunpur Sultanate, which was independent from 1394 to 1479. The Arabic source likewise places its construction in the fifteenth century. The year 1155 given in the database record does not agree with these accounts.
