The Jama Mosque, also called Jama Masjid, is a mosque in Lucknow, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is a Shia congregational mosque where Friday prayers are held. It holds the status of a Monument of National Importance and is overseen by the Archaeological Survey of India. Its recorded address is Lalji Tandon Marg in the Chowk area. Sources place it variously in Husainabad and in Tehseenganj, so the neighbourhood should be confirmed by an editor.

Construction began in 1839 under Muhammad Ali Shah, the third king of Awadh. His aim was for the mosque to surpass the Jama Masjid of Delhi in size.

The building was still unfinished when he died. His wife, Malika Jahan Sahiba, completed it in 1845, although not every element originally planned was realised.
