The Al-Nuqtah Mosque, also called Mashhad al-Nuqtah, is a Shi'ite mosque on the slope of Mount Jawshan in Aleppo, Syria. Its name, meaning roughly "the drop", refers to a stone kept inside that is believed to be marked with a drop of blood. According to tradition, the mark comes from the blood of Imam Husayn's head. For this reason the site is counted among the places held sacred by Shi'a Muslims.
Nearby stands a separate shrine known as Mashhad al-Siqt, "the place of the miscarriage". Tradition holds that when the captives of Karbala were taken through Aleppo, one of Husayn's wives miscarried, and the child, named Muhsin, was buried there.

The Al-Nuqtah Mosque (Arabic: مَسْجِد النُّقْطَة, romanized: Masjid an-Nuqṭah, lit. 'Mosque of the Drop [of the Blood of Husayn]') is a Shi'ite mosque located on Mount Jawshan in Aleppo, Syria. The main feature of the mosque is a stone believed by Muslims to be stained with the blood of Husayn ibn ‘Alī.
Also located near this mosque on Mount Jawshan, is a mashad (shrine) known as the Mashad al-Siqt (Arabic: مشهد السقط, lit. 'Place of the Miscarriage'). As the prisoners of Karbalā were passing through Aleppo, one of wives of Husayn had a miscarriage. The still-born child was named Muhsin, and buried at this place.
