Hazrat-Hyzr Mosque is a mosque in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, dedicated to al-Khidr (Khizr). It stands about 300 metres east of the Shah-i-Zinda complex, on a rise at the southern edge of the ruins of ancient Afrasiab, a few metres above the old road to Tashkent, facing the Qusam ibn Abbas complex. The site once held Samarkand's principal city gate, known as the Iron Gate or the King's Gate. Today the mosque has particular national significance because the mausoleum of Islam Karimov, the first president of Uzbekistan, lies within its grounds. The building is listed as an object of tangible cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
