The Valide Mosque stands in Mytilene, the main town of the island of Lesbos in Greece's North Aegean region. Its name means "Mosque of the Valide Sultan", and it is known locally as the Valide Djami. Built in the Ottoman architectural tradition, it is no longer used for worship and now serves as a museum devoted to the history of Mytilene. It is recorded as an official archaeological site. The building is located in the Epano Skala (Επάνω Σκάλα) area, on Cornarou Street.

The mosque was completed in 1615, during the Ottoman period. In the 1920s, in the aftermath of the Balkan Wars and the Greco-Turkish population exchange, it was abandoned and left in a partly ruined state.
The building was later renovated and has since been used as a history museum of Mytilene.

'Mosque of the Valide Sultan'), known locally as the Valide Djami, is a former mosque in Mytilene, on the island of Lesbos, in the North Aegean region of Greece. Completed in 1615 during the Ottoman era, the mosque was abandoned in the 1920s, following the Balkan Wars and the Greco-Turkish population exchange, and was left in a partial ruinous state. The mosque was renovated in 2026, and now is utilized as a history museum of Mytilene.
