The Yunus Bey Mosque (Greek: Τέμενος Γιούνους Μπέη) is an Ottoman-era building in the town of Komotini, in Western Thrace, within the region of East Macedonia and Thrace in northern Greece. It no longer functions as a mosque, and only its ruinous remains survive today. The remains are one of the traces of the town's Ottoman architectural heritage.
