The Azam Mosque of Qom is a large Shi'ite mosque in the city of Qom, Iran, standing directly beside the shrine of Fatima bint Musa al-Kazim, known as Hazrat Masumeh. It is also called the Hazrat Fatimah Mosque. The complex covers roughly 12,000 square metres, and its architecture is classed as Pahlavi in style. Today it serves as a major teaching venue for the Qom seminary, where some of the senior teachers give lessons every day. Following development projects around the shrine, the mosque has become part of the shrine complex. It is listed on the Iran National Heritage List.

The mosque was commissioned by Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Hossein Tabataba'i Borujerdi, a leading Shia marja'. Arabic-language sources date its foundation to 1958, while English-language sources give 1961 as the year of completion. Borujerdi is buried within the mosque.
In later years, as development plans were carried out around the shrine of Hazrat Masumeh, the mosque was absorbed into the shrine complex. It was added to the Iran National Heritage List on 29 January 2006, under the administration of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization of Iran.
