Masjid Bencoolen is a congregational mosque on Bencoolen Street, between Rochor and Bras Basah in Singapore. It is also known as the Bengkali Mosque and the Hanafi Mosque. The present building dates from a reconstruction completed in 2004 and is integrated with the Somerset Bencoolen hotel, which is owned by Ascott International, a subsidiary of CapitaLand. The mosque also serves as the headquarters of the Tablighi Jama'at, an Islamic missionary group. Our records give its capacity as about 1,100 worshippers.

The mosque was established in the 1820s by Indian Muslim immigrants who had come from Bengkulu. The building seen today is the result of a reconstruction in 2004, carried out as part of an integrated development with a hotel.
