The service

MasjidAtlas is a free online catalogue introducing the world’s mosques and masjids, and is a namaz.info service. The content and features of the service may change without prior notice.

Nature of the information

We take care to keep information accurate and up to date; however, dates, capacities, addresses and whether a mosque is open for prayer can change over time. We recommend confirming information with local sources when planning visits and travel. MasjidAtlas cannot be held responsible for consequences of actions taken based on information in the atlas.

Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the confidentiality of your password.
• Accounts may be suspended or closed in case of abuse, fake content or breach of these terms.

Contributions

You confirm that the texts and photos you send are accurate, do not infringe the rights of others, and that you are entitled to share them.

By submitting a contribution, you grant a perpetual, free and non-exclusive licence for the content to be published, edited, translated into other languages and resized on MasjidAtlas and related applications (the website and mobile apps). You keep the copyright of your photos and are credited on them.

Editors reserve the right to edit, merge or not publish contributions.

Prohibited use

• Submitting misleading, fake or someone else’s content,
• Sharing hate speech, insults, political propaganda or advertising,
• Attempting to harm the site, create excessive load or bypass security measures,
• Copying atlas content in bulk without permission or republishing it for commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The site design, logo, software and editor-prepared texts belong to MasjidAtlas. Short quotations are allowed with attribution and a link to the page. Photo rights belong to the contributor credited on the photo.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, let us know through the contact form; your request will be reviewed and the content removed if necessary.

The atlas may contain links to third-party sites such as maps, directions and source pages. MasjidAtlas is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when necessary; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
